Trade-In 4 Easy Steps

Step1

Sign up or log in to your Aiper account, enter product details, and submit the form.

Step2

Use the return label from Aiper Customer Service and ship the product at the designated post office.

Step3

Within 5-10 business days after shipment, your Aiper account will be credited with a gift card.

(Note: Gift card valid for 6 months.)

Step4

Use the gift card to purchase a product on Aiper's official website.

Yes. Even if the device has external wear and tear or functional damage, it is still eligible for participation.
* How much is my old device worth?
Simply enter your old device's information to see its value.
* Will the estimated value and final credit amount differ?
Possibly. If the actual condition of the device does not match the information you provided, the estimate may be lowered to match the actual condition of your device. Please note that once we receive your device, it is highly likely that it cannot be returned. Therefore, please ensure the product model you listed in the form matches the product you are returning.
