Trade-In 4 Easy Steps

Step1

Sign up or log in to your Aiper account, enter device details, and submit the form.

Step2

Receive the return label from Aiper Customer Service and get the gift card credited to your Aiper account.

Step3

Use the gift card to purchase new products on Aiper's official website.

Step4

Ship the old device via the designated post office with the provided return label.

* Can old devices with damage be accepted?
Yes. Even if the device has external wear and tear or functional damage, it is still eligible for participation.
* How much is my old device worth?
Simply enter your old device's information to see its value.
* What happens if the device I actually return does not match the information I submitted?
We will issue the corresponding gift card based on the device information you submitted. If the returned device does not match the information you provided, we reserve the right to cancel the issued gift card amount. Please note that once we receive your device, it is highly likely that it cannot be returned. Therefore, please ensure the product model you listed in the form matches the product you are returning.
