This Promotion is sponsored and administered by AIPER INTELLIGENT LLC ("Sponsor").

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins and ends on the dates specified on the Promotion landing page.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of New York, Florida and Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

4. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

5. How to Participate

Eligible participants must register an Aiper account and log in during the Promotion Period. Each participant receives one (1) Spin opportunity per day. Additional Spin opportunities may be earned through optional activities, including daily check-in, sharing the Promotion using designated tools, and other activities announced on the Promotion page. Participation in optional promotional activities is not required to enter the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to verify, modify, limit, revoke, or investigate Spin opportunities.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

8. Winner Selection

Winning results are determined through the Promotion's electronic Spin Wheel system. Prizes are awarded randomly based on available inventory and predetermined prize allocations. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received, participation levels, prize availability, and timing of participation. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding.

9. Winner Verification and Claim Period

Sponsor may require verification of identity, age, eligibility, residence, and delivery information. Failure to complete verification may result in forfeiture of the prize. Winners must respond to the Sponsor's notification and provide any requested verification information within seven (7) calendar days after notification. If a winner fails to respond within the required timeframe, cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, or fails to satisfy the requirements of these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner or allow the prize to remain unawarded.

Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and fees. Sponsor may issue any tax forms required by applicable law.

11. Anti-Fraud

Sponsor may disqualify participants engaging in fraud, abuse, automated participation, manipulation, or violations of these Official Rules.

12. Privacy

Personal information will be processed in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy and applicable law.

13. Release of Liability

By participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion, the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize, or any Promotion-related activity, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, unauthorized access, transmission issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

15. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable United States law.

16. Sponsor Rights

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if circumstances affect the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Promotion. All Sponsor decisions are final and binding.
