1. What brands and models are eligible for trade-in?
All robotic pool cleaners are eligible, regardless of brand — including Aiper, Dolphin, Beatbot, Wybot, Betta, and more.
2. Can old devices with damage be accepted?
Yes. There are no strict condition requirements — your old device is eligible regardless of its current state.
3. What models can be upgraded through the Aiper Trade-In Program?
Your trade-in credit can be used on any eligible Aiper model that meets the minimum purchase requirement specified on the credit.
4. Can an upgrade credit be used together with other coupons?
Yes. Your upgrade credit can be stacked with eligible promotional discounts at checkout.
5. Will the upgrade credit be refunded if my order is canceled?
The upgrade credit will not be refunded as cash. However, it can be reapplied to a new order within its validity period.
6. Can I cancel a trade-in?
You can cancel your trade-in request at any time before your old device is shipped. Once the device has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the device cannot be returned to you.
7. When can I return my old device?
Once your new model has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to submit your return address. Once submitted, you will receive a prepaid return label within 1 business day. We recommend completing this step and shipping your old device back as soon as possible, as return labels may have an expiration date.
8. Can I apply for multiple trade-in credits if I have more than one device?
Yes. However, each account is limited to one trade-in application every 30 days. Account eligibility is determined by your registered email address.
