Repair Assessment Guidelines:
The device must be structurally intact and meet the basic conditions for repair.
If the damage is beyond what can be repaired, we will provide further support options.
The final repair plan is subject to actual inspection and evaluation results.

The following conditions may prevent us from providing repair services:
Devices that cannot be identified or are not covered under the service plan.
Devices missing critical structural components.
Devices that have been modified or tampered with in ways that prevent repair assessment.

Requirements for Returning the Device:
The device must be returned in its entirety for repair. Please do not include any other accessories (such as hooks, etc.) unless specifically requested by customer service during communication. Any accessories unrelated to the repair that are lost or damaged during shipping or the repair process cannot be compensated.
Replacement instead of repair within 90 days
Within 90 days of purchasing the service plan, if the device experiences a performance failure, you are entitled to request a direct replacement with a brand-new unit of the same model, in place of a repair.

What is the difference between Aiper Care and the official warranty?
The official warranty provides free repair services for performance failures caused by non-customer-related factors during the warranty period. The standard official warranty period is one year. For more details, please refer to the Refund and Warranty page.

Aiper Care, on the other hand, extends the warranty coverage for the main unit by one year beyond the standard warranty period, and also offers additional benefits such as coverage for any type of damage and 24/7 priority support.

What is the difference between the 2025 Aiper Care plan and the current one?
The Aiper Care plan launched in 2025 was designed for select models purchased between April 3 and June 5, 2025, offering an extended warranty and free consumable replacement.

The current Aiper Care plan is an upgraded version of the 2025 plan. In addition to the two benefits mentioned above, it now includes 1 or 2 free repairs for any type of damage within one year, VIP priority repair service, and a replacement (instead of repair) within 90/180 days.

This new plan is built to significantly enhance your user experience and provide you with greater peace of mind. Your satisfaction is our priority.

How can I purchase the Aiper Care service plan?
You can add Aiper Care to your new device purchase on the official Aiper website by selecting it under the "Protection Plan" section on the product page. For detailed instructions, please refer to the "Purchase Methods".

At this time, standalone purchases or purchases for devices not included in the original order are not supported.

In which countries/regions is the Aiper Care service plan available?
Currently, the Aiper Care service plan is only available for purchase in the United States. It has not yet been launched in other countries or regions, but we are actively working on expanding availability. Please stay tuned for updates.

Which device models are eligible for Aiper Care?
You can check whether a device supports Aiper Care on its product details page. If the service option is displayed, the model is eligible for purchase. If not, it means the service is not yet available for that model.

How much does the Aiper Care service cost? Are the plan prices different for different products?
We offer three tiers of Aiper Care service plans: Aiper Care Essential, Aiper Care Plus, and Aiper Care Pro. Pricing varies by plan. Please refer to the "Aiper Care Protection Plan Details" for specific pricing information. Plan pricing is not model-dependent—the same plan tier has a unified price and applies to all eligible device models.

When do the Aiper Care service benefits take effect? How long is the service period? How do I request to use the benefits?
Aiper Care is a virtual product and is not shipped with the physical device. Once your order is successfully placed, the Aiper Care service automatically takes effect. You may request to use the benefits after you receive the device by contacting Aiper Official Customer Service via Email. The Aiper Care service is linked to your order number. To protect your service entitlements, please keep your order information secure.

  • Benefit Activation & Service Period:
    • Standard Warranty Service: Varies by product and country. For details, please refer to the Refund and Warranty page. — This benefit takes effect automatically when the order is completed. No additional application or action is required.
    • 1-Year Extended Warranty: Takes effect after the standard warranty expires and ends 12 months later. — This benefit takes effect automatically when the order is completed. No additional application or action is required.
    • VIP Priority Repair Service: Every repair request during either the standard warranty period or the 1-year extended warranty is eligible for VIP priority service. — This benefit must be requested by contacting customer service.
    • Free Replacement of 1 or 2 Consumables Within 1 Year: Must be requested within 1 year of purchasing the service plan; the benefit expires after this period. — This benefit must be requested by contacting customer service.
    • 1 or 2 Free Repairs Within 1 Year for Any Type of Damage: Must be requested within 1 year of purchasing the service plan; the benefit expires after this period. — This benefit must be requested by contacting customer service.
    • Replacement Instead of Repair Within 90/180 Days: Must be requested within 90 or 180 days of purchasing the service plan (depending on your plan); the benefit expires after this period. — This benefit must be requested by contacting customer service.
  • The Aiper Care service will terminate under any of the following circumstances:
    • The service period has expired.
    • You have used up the benefit allowance within the service validity period.
    • You have used up the benefit allowance within the service validity period.
    • The Aiper Care service has been canceled.

Can Aiper Care be refunded?
Whether a refund is supported depends on the specific situation:

  • Physical product has not been shipped: Aiper Care can be canceled and refunded.
  • Physical product has been shipped:
    • If no benefits have been redeemed, Aiper Care can be canceled and refunded.
    • If any benefit (repair / free replacement of consumables / product replacement) has been requested, Aiper Care cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • The device has been returned for a full refund during the standard warranty period:
    • If no benefits have been redeemed, Aiper Care can be canceled and refunded.
    • If any benefit (repair / free replacement of consumables / product replacement) has been requested, Aiper Care cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • The device is beyond the standard warranty period:
    • If no benefits have been redeemed, Aiper Care can be canceled and refunded.
    • If any benefit (repair / free replacement of consumables / product replacement) has been requested, Aiper Care cannot be canceled or refunded.
