Aiper Care Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction & Eligibility
Aiper Care is an optional paid protection plan provided directly by Aiper (“we”, “us”, “our”), available exclusively for eligible robotic pool cleaners and irrigation devices purchased on the official Aiper US website.
By purchasing Aiper Care, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The plan is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and the original registered device.
To be eligible:
  • Device must be purchased new from the official Aiper US website.
  • Aiper Care must be purchased together with the device at checkout.
  • Only one Aiper Care plan per device is allowed.
2. Coverage Period & Activation
  • Coverage status:
    • Inactive: Before the device is delivered
    • Activating/ Activated: Coverage begins automatically upon device delivery. No action required.
    • Expired: When the plan term ends
    • Canceled: After a cancellation request is processed
    • Used: All available uses of this benefit have been redeemed.
Each benefit under Aiper Care may show one of the following statuses: Inactive, Activating, Activated, Expired, Canceled, Used Up. Once fully used or expired, the benefit will be grayed out and unavailable.

Valid in accordance with the official standard warranty policy of the product.
1-Year Extended Warranty
One-time 12-month warranty extension. The total warranty period equals the original warranty plus 12 months. All extended warranty periods obtained from different channels can be accumulated.
VIP Exclusive Priority Repair Service
Valid for 1 year from product delivery.
Free replacement of 1 consumable within 1 year
Valid for 1 year from product delivery.
Free replacement of 2 consumables within 1 year
Valid for 1 year from product delivery.
1 free repair within 1 year for any type of damage
Valid for 1 year from product delivery.
2 free repairs within 1 year for any type of damage
Valid for 1 year from product delivery.
Replacement instead of repair within 90 days
Valid for 90 days from product delivery. Should your product experience a defect, you may receive a direct replacement without repair delays.
Replacement instead of repair within 180 days
Valid for 180 days from product delivery. Should your product experience a defect, you may receive a direct replacement without repair delays.
Note: Not all benefits apply to all plans. Benefits included in your plan are listed in Section 3.

Aiper Care includes three tiers: Essential, Plus, Pro.

3.2 Aiper Care Plus
  • Standard Warranty Service

  • VIP Exclusive Priority Repair Service
  • Free replacement of 2 consumables within 1 year
  • 1 free repair within 1 year for any eligible damage
  • Replacement instead of repair within 90 days
3.3 Aiper Care Pro
  • Standard Warranty Service
  • 1-Year Extended Warranty (extends total coverage by 12 months)
  • VIP Exclusive Priority Repair Service
  • Free replacement of 2 consumables within 1 year
  • 2 free repairs within 1 year for any eligible damage
  • Replacement instead of repair within 180 days
3.4 Supported Consumables
Eligible consumables include:
  • Hook, Wheel, Brush, Water Deflector, Brush Skin, Track

4. How to Access Your Services
  1. View your plan and benefits by emailing the Aiper official customer service at [email protected].
  2. Request consumable replacement, repair, or device replacement by contacting customer service.
  3. The system automatically generates a support ticket and sends a confirmation email.
  4. Aiper customer service verifies eligibility and processes the request.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
5.1 Allowed Cancellations
You may cancel Aiper Care under these conditions:
  • Device not yet shipped: Full cancellation & refund allowed.
  • Device shipped, but no benefits used: Cancellation & refund allowed.
  • Device returned complete with all original package contents under the standard return policy, with no Aiper Care benefits used: Refund allowed.
5.2 Non-Refundable Conditions
Cancellation and refund are not permitted if:
  • If any benefit has been used (consumable, repair, or replacement)
  • If the plan has expired
  • The device shows evidence of tampering, unauthorized disassembly, or modification, as determined by Aiper's authorized service team.
5.3 Cancellation Method
To cancel:

  • All benefits become invalid immediately.
  • The extended warranty will be revoked.
6. Exclusions & Limitations
Aiper Care does NOT cover:
  • Damage caused by tampering, unauthorized disassembly, or modification, as determined by Aiper's authorized service team.
  • Damage from abuse, misuse, commercial or non‑residential use.
  • Damage caused by the use of third-party accessories or non-original components.
  • Damage caused by improper storage, power irregularities, or natural disasters.
  • Claims submitted after a benefit's validity period has ended or after the maximum allowed uses have been reached.
7. Service & Fulfillment
  • Repairs and replacements use genuine Aiper parts.
  • Replacement devices may be new or certified refurbished.
  • Service is processed via Aiper’s authorized after‑sales network.
  • Shipping of consumables or replacement devices may apply per Aiper’s policy.
  • Service availability may vary by region.
8. Account & System Requirements
  • Aiper Care requires a valid Aiper account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or deny benefits for fraudulent activity, provision of false information, or misuse of plan benefits.
9. Modifications & Termination
Aiper reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the plan after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We may terminate the Aiper Care program with reasonable notice. Unused benefits will expire upon termination, and no further compensation will be provided.
10. General Provisions
  • These Terms & Conditions are in addition to the Aiper standard limited warranty and applicable consumer statutory rights.
  • Aiper’s liability is limited to the fulfillment of plan benefits.
  • This plan is sold and fulfilled directly by Aiper, not by third-party insurers.
AIPER RESERVES THE RIGHT OF FINAL INTERPRETATION OF THESE PROGRAM TERMS.
